Lala?? Mussel??

Ok, so I've tried this dish out after my dad asked me too..
He loves this...
which is clams just steamed with a little chili padi, garlic, ginger and salt..
So basically,
You just clean the clams shells and then place it on a bowl or plate.
Then, put a generous amount of sliced ginger in the plate.
Add one or two cloves of chopped garlics.
Add in chopped cili padi [it's up to you to decide the spiciness].
Then add a few pinch of salt and pepper.
lastly pour some sesame oil and then take it to steam until the clams shell opens..
And here's my results!!


I've got to say, it's not bad too..
So I think i give myself a fairly 8 out of 10..
