I saw them!!

Well, I'm back from the event!
If you did read my last post, I said something about 17th of October and all...
So you should know what I'm talking about by my title "I Saw Them"...
Yes! You got it right! MY HUBBIES!! I SAW THEM!! YESTERDAY!! 17th of October!
A little Miracle did happen, although I hope for a Crazy one, but I really do appreciate it...

Well, got lots of miscommunication during the journey with my dad...
Nothing bad, but just miscommunication, is like when he said "west" actually he meant "east"...
And when we said "north" he thought we meant "south"...
so I hope that's enough for the miscommunication explanatory part...

We (me, amanda and fern) left around 2pm (i think), and reached the sunway hotel around 3 something...
Yes, we did not go to the airport and welcome them, but oh well, I don't really mind...
They would only arrive at the airport around 3.30pm and to the press conference by 4.30pm - 5pm...
So we were like there by an hour to two before they reach the hotel, so we made up our mind and went shopping at Sunway Pyramid till 4pm ( i think again Xp)
What did we do there... hmm, lets see...
I bought some dog food for my doggies and was debating myself to buy some puppy stuff for my hubbies puppies, but ended leaving the shop only with my doggies food.
Well, it was more to hallucinating than debating myself... lol
I couldn't even effort the portable puppy bag for my own dog, and now what, for them?
Yes, even though some fans would, but I don't think I will, at least for now.
Unless, I'm 100% sure that I would able to give the gifts to them personally and they would definitely receives it...
If not, I wouldn't even dare to think if I prepared the gifts but ended up not giving it to them...
I'll be totally heartbroken and I'm not that rich, haha...
I'll just support them with love and buy original CDs for now, these are the most basic way to SHOW YOUR LOVE to them.

So after an hour of strolling aimlessly in the shopping mall, we decided that we should head back to the hotel...
Once we reached there, we started to take some photos of ourselves at the main entrance...
Man, I wanted to pose with the elephant butt but, too bad... I did not..
So, we were apparently trying to be like a visitor, to have a low profile...
We were afraid that we might be chased out by the securities and all if we were seen acting like fangirls...

Not only for my hubbies but also my elder sis...
Ya' know why? Cause my elder sis was so damn lucky that she get to attend the Press Conference. *sob*
but anyway, once her friends were here, we headed into the hotel..

woah, I've been in my dreamland with Yoochun for like a month!! lol..
I was too lazy to post and had to study for my lame exams..
so yeah, today is the last day so here I am!! btw the date for today is 4th of December!!

Last week, I tried cooking TEMPURA!! yay!!
First attempt and here's the result!! GREAT!! hehe
For the recipe, I used a packet of tempura flour and prawns, onion, zucchini, and squid.
First just add some water to the flour and mix it.
Make sure that the batter isn't too watery or too sticky, go by feeling, and that's what I did...
Or you can just follow the instruction at the back of the package.
When you get the right batter, just add in your ingredients.

But before you do that, dip your ingredients into a little amount of flour just too make sure the batter stick to the ingredient. :]
Add oil to your pan, and make sure the oil is hot when you put in the ingredients.
Then, fry it till colour becomes golden brown.

For the Tom Yam squid, it was my first attempt too, and I must say that it turn out not bad.. ;]
Cooked it for dinner... Finger lickin' good.. hehe
I didn't really go by measurement and stuff again.. sob.. sorry guys..
I really did just go by feeling, and always do, but I'm hoping I'll measure the next time. *giggles*
So, umm, the ingredients are, squid, onions, garlic, yellow/red/green pepper, peppermint and tom yam paste.

First, I sliced the squid into small slices, the peppers into small cubes and also the onions and garlic.
Then hit up the pan, and add 2 table spoon of oil.
Add in garlic and onion and stir fry it till fragrant is out! *mmmm..
Then add in the squid and continue to stir fry it for 2-3 minutes and then add in the capsicum/peppers and continue to stir fry it.
Add in the tom yam paste, and then a little amount of water to make sure that it isn't dry.
Continue to stir fry it for another 3-4 minute and when you are about the off the fire, add in the peppermint leaves.
And YAY!! you're done!!

Yay!! I'm back!! lol..
One week of holiday!! yipee!! not...

anyway... did some cooking last few days..
so I made up my mine to blog it!! yay me!!! *smiles*
So the first one I did was spaghetti with cheese sauce!!
I tried to do some meatballs too... but then as you can see the pictures, it isn't really ball!! lol!!
it's "MeatUnBall" lol..ok that's lame again.. oh well. that's me!! *sly smirk*

Other than that, my measurements are all UnMeasured! lol.. I just go by feelings..
cause i'm no professional!! and this is my first time posting my recipe!!

So here goes...
For the ingredients, I used button mushroom, spring onions, minced pork and green capsicum.
First, just boil a pot of water and add in the spaghetti till it is soft and eatable.. xP
Then for the gravy, just heat the pan and add around 2 tablespoon of oil.
Then add in few chopped garlics and onion, stif fry till golden brown, and add in minced pork.

I've Made Up My MIND!!

Well, Hello again!!
As you can see my title of this post is about having my mind made up, this matter concerned with the layout of this blogspot!!! lol...
I sounded so formal and serious.. *grins*
I've made up my mind to use this princess theme instead of the flower one..
Why you asked eh, well it's because the flower layout was in XML version,
and I don't really know how to work it, like how to add some stuff here and there, I don't know how to that...
So, I have to switch to a layout which uses HTML codes, and I still have to squint my eyes to change the codes... *Squint squint*
but I think I will still change it back to the flower layout often... cause I like the flower layout too!!!
I guess not so soon though...
Well, today is the first day of school after the one week break due to the PMR exam, many of my classmates didn't come... as usual.. lol
I've got back some of my trials paper... so far so good.. lol..
but my English!!! ahh!! I spelt GOVERNMENT WRONGLY!! ahh!! *bangs head on the wall!*
I WAS LIVING IN YEARS OF LIES!!
Till today only have I realizied that GoverNment comes with an 'N' lol..

OMG BLOGGING IS SO HARD!!!

After signing up for a blogger during July, only now have I changed the settings a little and THIS IS THE FIRST TIME FOR ME TO BLOG SOME STUFF!!!
It's so difficult!! I have to squint my eyes to see the html stuff and all! ahh!! I think my eyesight has gone worst!! NO!! I don't wanna go blind!!!
Well, my layout and stuff is all half way done, I haven't finish changing the colours and some other stuff, didn't really go 'explore' the settings yet... sigh.. takes a friggin' long time!!
I'm still changing the layout.. sheesh.. there's so many layouts but not really my style and currently I have to stick to this princess layout... oh well, at least it is cute... :] scratch that.. I'm sticking to thiS!! lol!! after hours of eyes squinting and all I chose my first choice lol.. change a little colour here and there and WALA here it is... but i like the princess one too.. but 'somebody' *points to the no taste person said that it was childish.. pssh..
so I made a conclusion, I will switch the layout often... I hope...
And ya know what!! I should be studying now!! what is in the world had gone into me!!
